The healthy aviator's diet!
We're in our friend's flat after a long if exhausting day of flying :-) we've rented a brand new vw polo that we're using to get around, and despite our GPS, get lost with :-) the weather tomorrow looks super dodgy so we might be here for a while.:) cheers! Abri

We've just refueled at George and Louw is going to be pilot in command to PE. George is quiet today!
